A man met a friend on the street one day, and they got to talking about the death of a mutual friend. After some conversation, it developed that the man who had died had owed both of them some money. They agreed ruefully that it was too late to collect.

"It's a funny thing," one of the men said. "They say you can't take it with you -- but you sure can take somebody else's!"
