Following a evening's presentation by the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan in the UC Ballroom, a small amount of white substance was discovered on the floor. The Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Fire Department were called to investigate. They determined that the substance did not bear any of the characteristics of anthrax and posed no threat to the UMBC community or those attending the presentation.
