Fells Point

I did some fire spinning on the pier with fire staff a few months ago with Emily. Nobody freaked. The fire department was doing their fundraiser at the other end by the square. Some cops walked by and didn't give me any shit. YMMV.

If you just want to hang out, I recommend going to Fells Point. Broadway is the main drag in Fells Point that runs north south - at the southern end it's at the heart of the neighborhood, and there's a pier that's great for zuni spinning. Thames is the last street parallel to the harbor, and there's coffee shops, a great record store, and restaurants. I also recommend 9th Life, a small shop on Broadway a block or two north of Thames on the west side of the street - check them out for fun toys and clothes. Also, Liquid Earth on Aliceanna Street for great veggie food adn smoothies, and Bop Pizza on Broadway a block north of the water for pizza, and there's the egyptian cafe/pizza place, and lots of other stuff - just wander around!
