Things I'd like to see in Maryland for the year 2004:

• Repeal the ban on clove cigarette sales.
• Pass a resolution in Baltimore County barring county officials from collaborating with federal officials who may try to use the USA Patriot Act investigate residents.
• Finalize plans for construction of the Intercounty Connector in Montgomery County.
• Repeal the ban on sales of firearms without a built-in trigger lock.
• Make Maryland a "shall-issue" concealed carry state.
• Reinstate the ban on the Maryland death penalty.
• Resolve the issue of voting machines and Diebold insecurity.

Things I'd like to see in Washington, DC in 2004:

• A robust and interesting D.C. Nightlife.

Things I'd like to see in the United States for the year 2004:

• Put an end to special registration and the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System
• Preserve our freedom to travel
• Bolster governmental freedom of information
• See the Public Domain Enhancement Act put into force

Don't let John Ashcroft take away our civil liberties through indefinite detention.

Oppose the RAVE Act - A dance club is not a crack house.

Support intelligent drug policy - Help the Libertarian party run medical marijuana ads for Sandy Thomas for U.S. Senate.

Oppose the Homeland Security Act, which now includes the Cyber Security Enhancement Act - Allows unchecked wiretap permissions and severe penalties for using a radio scanner.

Support abortion rights - Don't take away a woman's right to choose.
