Do you live in the mid-atlantic region, somewhere between north Georgia and North Jersey, and between the Mississippi river and the Atlantic ocean?

Do you ever feel the urge to attach kevlar wicks to the ends of two chains, soak those wicks in white gas for an hour, light them on fire and then spin them around your head as fast as you can?

If you can answer yes to both of these questions, you're one of us!

(Actually you don't have to be able to answer yes to the first question; you can live anywhere and subscribe; we won't mind a bit! But the list will be overrun by folks from this area.)

The purpose of this list is to inculcate a dangerous fascination with fire, with spinning poi, juggling, stilt-walking and other obsessions. Beginners and gurus are all welcome. We'll be coordinating poi-making and spinning lessons, spin jams, and inviting each other to events.
