On August 27, 2000, Albuquerque officials claim the power to steal private homes in which under-age drinking has allegedly occurred. Texas Governor and Presidental candidate George W. Bush has promised to create a commission to examine police problems, a move suprisingly supported by the Police Chiefs Association.

Perhaps there's hope for our property rights after all.
