CareFirst I mailed in an out-of-network claim to CareFirst on August 2. I called today and found that they never received and/or processed it. To their credit, I was able to fax it to the CSR in Owings Mills and start the processing immediately, but I'll still be waiting 15 days for it to get into the system.
