Rode from Paper Mill Road to Monkton Road on the Northern Central Railroad trail this evening with Phil G. The weather was great and I barely felt a twinge of exhaustion. We turned around at Monkton because the bike really wasn't properly fit for Phil and he hadn't been out in quite some time. Had a nice dinner at Ashland Cafe afterwards and then I headed home to watch the last episode of Babylon 5 on my latest disc from Netflix and the remainder of the Medium episode I taped last night.
