Justin Sabe prepares his presentation notes on the MARC
Hit up Dorkbot DC with Justin tonight to watch him give his presentation on home-made MIDI instruments. It was a lot of fun, and there were more than a few OLPC XO's and EEE's being bandied about. Also got to see Katie Bechtold talk about the The MESSENGER Project to Mercury and Alberto Gaitán explain the vagaries of Max/MSP.

I'd never taken the MARC train down to DC before. At $14 for a round trip it's a little more expensive than driving and parking, but not by much when you figure in gas and wear. I may make a habit of it when I need to get down to DC if I have time to spare.
