I listen to the XM Radio stand-up comedy channel a lot, so I hear a commercial about debt elimination two or three times on my way to and from work. XM has a lot of snake oil vendors in their ads, but this one got me particularly curious. What could these people do to convince that they can get rid of their mortgage and everything they owe?
