December 18, 2006 For the last two weeks road crews have been resurfacing Falls Road between Northern Parkway and Kelly Avenue. Today on my way to work today I noticed that the bottom layer below all the asphalt covering is actually laid bricks. I wonder how much of Falls Road is constructed this way.
