- I just got a small advertisement for Glass Masters of Baltimore. Does anyone think that the owner wasn't giggling when that name got thought up?
- Got the news that EFF accepted a settlement offer on the Barney case. I'm glad that satire can't be bullied, because I'm so about satire. I also like it very much when the Google News alert for "Rob Carlson" is actually about me.
- Just noticed that the name on my receipt from the National Cryptology Museum at the National Security Agency is Civilian Welfare Fund - Museum. The NSA website calls the Civilian Welfare Fund "the employee services and recreation organization for NSA/CSS employees and their families. The CWF sponsors a variety of quality athletic, recreational, and social activities for Agency personnel." The CWF also appears to run all the gift shops on the NSA campus.
