Today with the phone bill I got a Special Notice from Verizon buried inside of something that looked like an ad for DSL. Essentially, they have to give all their customers notice that they are allowed to share all of your account information including the numbers you call with other companies and people unless you opt-out of the process. For those of you who may not have seen this notice, you can call 866-483-9500 with your phone bill handy and opt out completely at any time of day.
