On the way up Old Harford Road a few blocks short of the house I watched the car ahead of me swerve up the curb and spark up its underside (orange, for the record) with two tires on the road and two on the sidewalk, then pull back into the road, drive a block and turned left onto a side street with two burst tires. And all because the driver was following the car in front of him too closely in the rain.
