I set up tor to allow port 25 on my home machine, which would usually be a really bad idea except I also set:

iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 25 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 25

which sends the traffic back to my local sendmail with DeliveryMode set to delay. So far I already caught one little fish with about 23 messages about viagra, and patiently waiting for the next one.

If I see anything truly legit like some Chinese dissident pleading for help to a NGO I might pass it along.
