My father sent a MFJ-945E to the company for in-warranty repair on January 11, 2006. It was delivered to the repair facility by the USPS on January 13, 2006. In reply to a repair status request e-mail on January 23, 2006, they wrote back "sorry, not repaired yet. janet brown tuner repair technician, 1-800-647-8324" and then later in the day "please allow four weeks for processing. several tuners in line right now. sorry for the delay."
