January 4, 2005 I tried calling this morning around 00:30 on 1818 KHz and 3715 KHz for about ten minutes to no answer. I guess late-night ham radio isn't all that great. I rolled down a little on the band and realized that I was listening to Air America on 1.530 MHz, also known as AM 1530. I forgot how close 160 meters was to the broadcast band. How cool.
Went to the Baltimore Amateur Radio Club business meeting and saw the refurbished meeting area and cleaned up shack and lots of new computer gear.
