New Jersey Check out the New Jersey Public Service Radio Frequency List if you're a scanner enthusiast, EMS, fire or peace officer in the state. New Jersey is the home to some very good schools, including Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. If the terror status goes to red, anyone venturing outside of their home will be assumed to be the enemy. On a positive note, there's a nice new antenna bill in the legislature. The Star-Ledger has an article about the life (and demographics) of a New Jerseyian.
