Linn said when police officers were flagging him down to ticket him they were unusually forceful. "An officer ran at me. I wasn't ready for how excited he was," said Linn. "I tried to slow but he knocked me off my bicycle and both my bike and baby carrier with my son got knocked over so when he was handling me I shook him loose without threatening him so I could check on my son."
