Incorporated within this Act is the Prohibition on Mandatory Medication Amendment. This new law prohibits schools from recommending or requiring that a child take a Controlled Substance (Includes all stimulants: Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, Dexedrine, ect.) as a prerequisite for attending school."
