The Bush administration are starting to distance themselves from Republicans on Capitol Hill, leaking that Bush didn't even want to return to Washington to sign the Terri Schiavo bill last Sunday. Gas prices are up ($2.18/gal here) and Social Security is turning into a huge issue that is not looking favorably for George W. Bush.
