Today Caribou Coffee left a pile of "Any Drink, Any Size" coupons at the front desk. They mean it. I had a $4 "Turtle Mocha" with my coupon after lunch at Panera Bread over at (where else?) Hunt Valley Towne Center, which was quite addictive. I guess "first one is free" works in a lot of industries.
