I have been having trouble with the #77 emergency number when trying to report aggressive/disabled vehicles on I-695. I am a T-Mobile customer and when I call I am always connected to Prince George's County Police. I then tell them I want to report an accident to the Maryland State Police responsible for Baltimore County and am transferred to the Baltimore County Police Department non-emergency voicemail system and told to wait for an operator. This has happened all three times I've used the number in the last six months. I called T-Mobile and they said they have nothing to do with how #77 calls are routed, and to talk to the State Highway Administration.

I notified SHA on February 21, 2005 and I am waiting to hear back from them.
