The dirty little secret of self-improvement I changed a few things in my work-play environment in the last few days, most notably trying to implement the Getting Things Done method of project management and adding B-12 vitamins to my daily diet.
It's always hard to say whether these changes are actually making a difference or whether its the newness and attention to change (like the Hawthorne effect or NRE) and sometimes it expresses itself to others in cult-like mannerisms.
