The DPR and corresponding APR for all new and outstanding non-promotional Category D Other Balances will be 0.032849% and 11.99%, respectively.

Unless the guy I spoke to has gone through life with a name like Gail, I probably didn't talk to her. But it's good to see MBNA moving in my general direction.
