The Maryland State Legislature passed a bill in response to a court ruling that a man didn't have standing to sue under the Maryland Open Meetings Act to make it so that citizens did. Bob Ehrlich vetoed it, but it was made into law anyhow.

I'm currently looking for more information on this bill and how my local elected officials felt about it.
