Rick Rutherford writes that the best Japanese restaurant in the Washington, DC area is "Sushi-Ko", in Glover Park (north of Georgetown, near the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Calvert Street. They have the best selection of fresh fish, and usually have at least one kind of Toro while other restaurants in the area can't get any.
