Now that all the stress of the extended weekend is over (thanks in no small part to the company of good friends last night), today is just a day of playing catchup to the missed day of work and figuring out how to best make use of the remaining 24 work-hours left until Friday.

I'm hoping to create myself a productive office space in some room of the house and a good filing system to make sure that active projects stay active until completion and stuff that gets set aside stays together and ready to be worked on or recalled at a moment's notice.

The fog at 21:00 this evening was so thick that I got in the car, drove down the street until I couldn't see any more parked cars and my entire field of vision was a white wall, and turned around to come back. I still rate icy conditions over fog in general (better to not see what's coming than watch yourself sliding into an accident in slow-motion) but they all suck.

Luckily by 21:30 the fog had cleared completely and I went down to Brewers Art to briefly socialize before heading back to Suzy's place.
