This gentleman representing group 11-12 of the costume contest on The Avenue thought it would be a good idea to bring the two children standing behind him into the middle of a circle full of spinning fireballs. Apparently because he had decided the fire spinning SHOULD be over at that moment, the children would remained unharmed. Hallelujah. He and his wards were escorted to a safe distance before a 5 foot fireball was spit where they were standing.
