Divorce papers filed back in 1994 by New York State Senator Randy Kuhl's former wife have been made public.  The records were supposed to be sealed for a hundred years, but someone got them from the Steuben County Courts.  The papers allege, among other charges, that Kuhl threatened his wife with two shotguns at a dinner party.
