Our boxes in the Baltimore Level 3 facility are inaccessible. Word on the street is that there's a major problem on the links between New York City and Washington, DC and all customers in that facility are having the same problem. Reports of packet loss over 50% and problems in Europe have also been reported.

Our iland tech reports that Level 3 did a software upgrade of their core routers around 6:00 this morning (when my Nagios went crazy and paged me repeatedly) and then around 10:00 finally took a crap all over the East Coast.
