I highly recommend Charlie Brubaker of Command Termite and Pest Control. I had him come over with his team on the recommendation of Mare Cromwell and he pointed out a bunch of things to fix around the house and discovered a mouse in the wall, all of which he gave me helpful suggestions to fix for a great price. He lives and works in Parkville, MD so he's got a stake in the community, and he's a real down-to-earth guy.
