Prison Reform Advocacy Center (PRAC) of Ohio filed a class-action lawsuit and won, requiring the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction's agreement to provide written notice to all felons currently on parole in Ohio, of their eligibility to vote in the November 2nd presidential election.
