Store clerk taken in by 200 dollar bill Police on Wednesday charged Deborah Trautwine, 51, of Jeannette, PA, with theft by deception, for allegedly passing a bogus 0 bill at the Fashion Bug store in Hempfield Plaza on August 22, 2004.
