Baltimore artists and an architect are filing lawsuits against AngelFall Studios and owner J. Hollis B. Albert III over his failure to pay for works sold and services rendered under their contracts. The Baltimore Sun reports that "Angelfall's debt to the artists is estimated at about $9,000, and the bill from the architect is for $2,600."
