Join Sara Sathya and Kathleen Ellis for a two hour workshop on the fundamentals of poi. We will teach movements and combinations, provide instruction for transitions, and introduce dance elements for variation and expression. All levels are welcome! Bring your own practice poi or purchase on site the day of the workshop.
