I'm having a party at my place this Friday, April 23, 2004 from 6pm to 2am. I'll have mucho meat and vegetables and plenty of propane. Craig is talking about bringing a roast. DJ Elektronkind will bring over his setup and spin psytrance in the backyard. Fire dancers of all kinds will be fire spinning. Inside we'll have a (hopefully wall-sized) game of Soul Calibur 2 on the PS2. You don't want to miss this. E-mail me to RSVP so I know how much beer and meat to get.

Answers to questions people have been asking me about the party:

If I've never met you before: RSVP mandatory, and you had better be pretty damn cool. Also, bring a gift or food for best reception. If you are a blogger, posting an entry that you are coming to my party will be sufficient. A link will get you a beer.

If I know you but don't know your friend you are bringing: Please arrive with them, and make sure they are reasonably well behaved.

If you want to bring food or gift: Food gaps are currently soda, desserts, any sort of veggie dishes, and liquor. As I told Amy Hoy, there is always a liquor gap.

If you are coming from far away or like to drink too much: I'm serious about the 2am thing. I hate playing babysitter. If you haven't talked to me about crashing already, you're gonna have a long morning on the road.
