The Planned Parenthood Action Network reports: Federal District Court Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton handed Planned Parenthood and women everywhere a huge victory as she ruled that the federal abortion ban passed by Congress andsigned into law by President Bush last year is unconstitutional and cannot be enforced.
