We got to take over the back room at Mick O'Shea's tonight since we were expecting 9. We only got 7 but it was still awesome. It opens into this skylight-covered lobby area connecting a couple of downtown buildings with park benches and balconies.

Troy was awful. Worst movie I've seen in a long time. We talked all through it. I hate people like me in the theaters, but it was so dumb I couldn't keep my mouth shut.

I thought the guy who played Hector was Viggo Mortensen who played Aragorn in Lord of the Rings, but it was actually Eric Bana. Achilles was, of course, Brad Pitt.

So the fight scene that I thought was Aragorn versus Tyler Durden (I'm easily amused) were actually Tyler Durden versus The Hulk. That may even be cooler, now that I think about it.
