Today Michael Moore stayed later than he should have at a book signing held in a local elementary school in San Diego, California. He's told at 11pm by the school that they he, his group, and supporters have to leave the auditorium at that time because they haven't rented it past that time. Nobody in Moore's group took the responsibility to ask everyone to go home, and the San Diego Police Department was called. They arrived and asked Moore and all the people in line stop trespassing and leave the premises immediately or they would be arrested. Moore made a big deal about it on the scene, but complied before he was about to be arrested. Moore then goes home and writes a big e-mail saying how he was "raided" and "just escaped being arrested" for holding a booksigning. Boo hoo. Actually Moore was almost arrested for trespassing on school property against their wishes after his evening lease and contract with them had expired at 11pm.

Smart guy, decent book, moronic fight.
