Steven Seidenberg Steven Seidenberg, a Broker/Associate for Century 21 Apex Properties sent me an Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (spam mail) on November 7, 2003.
I wrote to him, "I am in receipt of your recent unsolicited commercial e-mail dated
November 7, 2003. I am aware of no prior existing business
relationship between us and I do not own property or live in the state
of New Jersey, so I would appreciate a prompt explanation of why you
felt it proper to send your advertisement to an e-mail address which I
use solely for administering Internet domain names."
He replied later that day via e-mail simply, "I will remove you..... you were simply part of a list." Yeah, I knew that.
A request for an explanation sent to the Century 21 web site on the same day has still gone unanswered as of November 13, 2003.
