The FCC says you can say "fuck" on the radio, so long as its an exclamation or expression of disgust and not a reference to a sexual act (and its during a live show and uttered by someone who is not affiliated in any way with the license holder).

You've been able to say "pissed off" for a long time, where you couldn't say "piss on." Same thing here, just extended somewhat more liberally in recognition of the versitility of the f-word.
