Draft Convention on Jurisdiction and Foreign Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters On September 11, 2001, Vergil Bushnell and I will be attending a hearing at the US Patent Office in Washington, D.C. Vergil will be testifying alongside Richard Stallman and Jamie Love about rules from the Hague Convention concerning common jurisdiction over patent cases. Photographs will be available shortly afterwards.
