Southern Gal asked me to remove a $60/share buy order from her blog because "Unfortunately Southern Gal shares aren't for sale." As a Libertarian, I'm morally obliged to let the (fictional) BlogShares market truly answer that question.

The Supreme Court ruled today that Congress can force the nation's public libraries to use filtering software. Because patrons can ask for the filters to be disabled, its not an unreasonable impediment to First Amendment rights.
