My Dell PowerEdge 1650 had another kernel panic last night, probably related to the PERC or kjournald. Last time this happened I just updated the RedHat kernel to the version that was supposed to address these issues, but apparently another race condition exists that wasn't addressed by that one.

Rob Banz tells me he prefers software mirroring under Linux to the PERC anyway. I told him I'd take it under consideration.
