Congratuations to the Planned Parenthood Action Network, who on July 31, 2001 helped make sure that the annual Treasury-Postal Appropriations bill was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives with contraceptive coverage and equity for federal employees intact. Federal employees will now be covered for contraceptive coverage in spite of President Bush's efforts to eliminate it.
