Guantanamo Bay April 22, 2003 - The US military has revealed it is holding juveniles at its high-security
prison for terrorists at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, known as Camp Xray.

Miller, says more than one child under the age of 16 is at the detention
centre.

Ironically, because they are being held outside of the United States, it appears that they may file in any jurisdiction. In response, the DOJ is attempting to move all detainees from Cuba to Kansas to obtain the most favorable conservative judiciary.
The LA Times has the story.
