Kinetic Sculpture Race today.

Biked 2.3 miles to Joppa Road to buy a sandwich. Biked 2.3 miles back home to eat the sandwich. Total bike miles today: 4.6. Not exactly a song by The Proclaimers, but a decent clip for sedentary me.

A few hours later, Dale and Sara met me in Hunt Valley, MD and we biked on the Northern Central Railroad Trail from Paper Mill Road to Glencoe Road and back. I believe that's around 4 miles, 8 round-trip. After a winter of very little bike riding, my ass now feels like it has a bicycle seat embedded in it.

Ditched out of any gothing tonight and instead met up with Tracy, John and friends at Shannon's Saloon in Ellicott City, MD for dinner. I find out that Tracy's family has been telling scandalous lies about the state of my soberiety during Gabe and Tracy's wedding. Or at least, I believe they're lies. I can't remember either way so I'm polling my impartial witnesses to find out for sure. Not that it really matters that much now in any case.

I do remember I was on my way to Playa del Fuego that night, which makes the odds about even.
