Thanks to David Muccioli for an overview of some restaurants in the Columbia, MD area.

Mongolian Grill (good) -- make your own stir fry, all you can eat for $12 or so Dobbin Road

An Loi (good) -- little vietnamese place. good food for low prices (lunch specials are $5.95). Snowden River Parkway / Minstrel Way

Trattoria da Enrico -- (very good) little italian place in Kings Contrivance, Chefs are direct from Italy good prices.

Akbar Restaurant -- (very good) Indian lunch buffet. Snowden River Parkway

Copeland's -- (excellent) New Orleans style. Pricey 175 /Wincopin Circle

Hunan Manor -- (excellent) Above average chinese food. OK prices -- Deepage Drive

Bombay Peacock Grill -- (excellent) Excellent Indian food, buffet is good, but order from the menu if you can, Old Columbia Rd

Bangkok Delight -- (excellent) Great Thai food - try the basil dishes, Centre Park Drive

Nichi Bei Kai -- (awesome) Japanese steakhouse complete with Hibachi tables, excellent food, pricey Snowden River Parkway

Malibu Grill -- (awesome) Especially for the carnivorous beast.. all you can eat. Brasilian buffet plus grilled meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey) on big skewers deliviered to your table. about $14 for lunch (arrive really hungry), Wincopin Circle

Not-bad chain restaurants: Macaroni Grill, Bertucci's, Bennegan's, Lone Star, Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, Z'Tejas, PF Chang's, Ruby Tuesday's, Strapazza, Hard Times Cafe
