Thank you to Baltimore City Solicitor Thurman W. Zollicoffer, Jr., who agreed to the ACLU's request to suspend for 180 days the permit requirement for all demonstrations with 25 or fewer people, making it possible for Women in Black to stand in their customary spot without fear of arrest while waiting for a court decision.
